Usually within a few hours, and almost always the same day. WhatsApp is the fastest way to reach us — it is where we actually work.
What should I include in my message?
Your rough dates, how many of you are travelling, and anything you already know you want to see. That is genuinely enough for us to come back with a real suggestion and a price rather than a follow-up questionnaire.
Do I need WhatsApp to contact you?
No. WhatsApp is simply the quickest, but a phone call or an email reaches us just as well — both are listed on this page and we answer them all.
Am I committing to anything by getting in touch?
Not at all. Most conversations start months before anyone travels, and plenty are just people working out whether Georgia is right for their trip. Ask us anything — there is no obligation and no follow-up sales pressure.
I have not decided on dates yet. Is it too early?
It is never too early. Knowing what you would like to do helps us tell you which months actually suit it, and the best guides and mountain guesthouses do book up in high season. Getting in touch early usually means more choice, not less.
